How many tables and chairs do I need?
Plan one 60-inch round table per 8 guests for seated dining, plus a few cocktail tables. Add 5% extra seating for last-minute guests.
How far in advance should I book party rental companies?
For weekend and holiday dates, 4–8 weeks ahead is comfortable. For smaller weekday events, one to two weeks is often enough. On EVE you can post your date and see who is actually available before you commit.
Do I pay EVE to find party rental companies?
No. Posting an event request, receiving applications, and messaging providers is free for clients. You pay the provider directly, on the terms you agree with them.
